The following comments are not from generic feedback request forms. These are from previous customers who have genuinly felt strongly enough to put pen to paper and get in touch with their feedback off their own back, which to me is worth a million times more than answers generated from a questionaire.

Dear Simon, Just to say thank you again for such a professional disco/karaoke last Saturday for my daughter's 13th birthday.
